Ready Made Items : If you need to return a Ready Made item to us , you may do so within 7 days of receipt so long as it has not been removed from its original packaging , and both the product and the packaging are in perfect, original and re-saleable condition. Please make sure you pre-authorise your return by email to curtainnetwork@msn.com prior to sending, and include your name and address details in the parcel. Always obtain a proof of posting for returns parcels as for obvious reasons we cannot refund any items lost in transit.
