Deliveries
To keep costs and prices down, in most cases your items will be despatched to you direct from our suppliers' warehouse. Many of our products are available for immediate despatch, and we normally try to get these despatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. It then normally takes our carrier another 2-3 working days to deliver your parcel .
On some items we quote 10-14 working days for despatch, generally because these are special items being made especially to your oder.
If there is an unusual delay on despatching any item, we will always try to advise you as quickly as possible .

All parcels are fully insured by us , so you can relax in the knowledge that if a delivery problem does occur we will resolve it on your behalf with the minimum delay .
